ILP 202: Helping or Rescuing?

On today’s episode, we are talking about the difference between helping and rescuing. It can be hard to know the difference until you can get really honest with yourself.

I love this idea from Radleigh Valentine that we choose people to rescue because we have a lack of self-love. I’d love for you to consider if this is the case for you. I know it can be hard to think about these things, but it can be so helpful.
