Today, we are talking about staying in the present. This is an unchartered time we are in, and being able to stay in the present is so incredibly helpful. Here are a few tips:

  1. Feel your feelings – allow whatever comes up and don’t judge it
  2. Take a step back and think about the thought you are thinking – do a thought download if needed
  3. Breathe – nothing brings us to the present like a deep breath
  4. Choose a helpful thought – I am loving “In this present moment, I am okay.”
