On today’s episode, we are talking about emotions. I talk about how my coaching has changed over the years to learn to integrate our mind, body and spirit instead of just spending time in our minds. Yes, mindfulness is important, but it isn’t the key to everything.

I love helping people learn how to express and feel their emotions so that they can pass through and leave our bodies. We also talk about learning that we are NOT our emotions. We are simply experiencing those very human emotions.
