ILP 199: Year End Review & One Word

On today’s episode, I walk you through my year end review process (yes, I know it’s now 2024) and choosing one word. I typically do this at the end of the year, but still believe it can be so helpful.

Here’s my end of the year review process:

• *Review old journals/photos, etc.
• *Find common themes
• *What do you want to leave in 2023?
• *What no longer serves you?
• *What can you celebrate?
• *How did you show up in 2023?
• *How do you want to show up in 2024?
• *What intentions do you want to set?
