On today’s episode we are talking about the reasons we think and feel certain ways, and owning it. This is a concept I talk a lot about with my clients.
Learning to be aware of and question our thoughts and then deciding if they are helpful or not. Once you look at it, you get to decide if you like your reason for thinking it and if it serves you.
